ABOUT NICK PARISSE
Nick Parisse is an investigative photojournalist and photographic educator based in New York City. He is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology where he received a BFA in Photography and Digital Imaging. Nick has traveled around the world documenting malnutrition, war veterans, environmental changes, indigenous peoples in peril, immigration, and other issues. He is known for his visual narrative, love for street portraits, and approaching all his subjects with compassion and empathy. His ability to make people feel comfortable and dignified can be seen in the portraits he creates.
Nick is currently The Director Of Photography at DAWNING and a part-time Professor of Photography at The Fashion Institute of Technology.
